It's nice and good that homestead land holdings donates all these millions of $$$ to charity. But before you kiss the Bayne & Smith family ass too much, just remember that homestead tenants had to go without heating, air conditioning, maintenance and repairs to their apartments to make this all possible. You should be thanking the homestead tenants.
